About
Bare, But Better is designed around a simple principle. The less you add, the more you see. Developed around Glossier’s Skin First. Makeup Second. philosophy, the campaign explores what happens when you remove the excess and focus only on what matters. Instead of layers, coverage, or heavy styling, the direction centres on real skin, natural texture, and soft light, allowing the face to remain untouched and recognisable. The Glassy High Shine Lip Gloss is introduced as the only addition, not as a transformation, but as a finish. A subtle layer of shine that catches the light and enhances what is already there. By keeping the set, styling, and makeup intentionally minimal, the work shifts attention back to presence and confidence rather than perfection. Bare, But Better reflects a more thoughtful approach to beauty, one that values ease, honesty, and the idea that sometimes the most impactful statement is simply doing less.
